DAP launches an eight-point manifesto

PENANG: The DAP has launched its national manifesto that promises safer streets, better living standards, quality education, healthy environment; gender equality and youth empowerment and a transparent government.

It also promised democracy and freedom and a “Malaysian First” economic policy in its eight-point manifesto.DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, who launched the manifesto at the party headquarters Monday said:“The election is not about the candidates. It is about the voters. Help us deny Barisan Nasional a two-third majority and we will take care of you.”

Under its “Malaysian First” economic policy, the party said it would give equal opportunities to all Malaysians based on merit and need; reduce income inequality and reliance on foreign workers while attracting quality investments into the country. To ensure better living standards, the party will provide quality, accessible and affordable healthcare for all Malaysians besides renegotiating contracts to reduce toll charges.“We will also come up with a RM35bil fiscal stimulus plan to help boost various sectors of the local economy,” he said.

Denying that its plan was similar to PAS’s welfare state proposal, Lim said it was a serampang dua mata (two-pronged approach) solution. He said the party would also give families a “Malaysian Bonus” of up to RM6,000 for those with household incomes of RM6,000 or less per annum to help lighten their financial burden. The party also promised to have 100,000 police personnel patrolling the streets to reduce crime and eliminate the drug menace.“We will set up an Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission,” he said, adding that it would also set up an independent anti-corruption agency to fight graft and an independent judicial commission to ensure integrity in the judiciary.Lim is contesting the Bagan parliamentary seat in Seberang Prai and the Air Puteh state seat on the island

(malaysian first yang dilancarkan anwar baru-baru ini merupakan idea dap pada pilihanraya ke 12. cuba kita lihat, PKR dengan buku jingga, pas dengan negara kebajikan dan dap dengan malaysia first. di khabarkan malaysian first ingin melawan pengaruh one malaysia. ada yang menyatakan PR melancarkan malaysian first adalah untuk mengaburi hati rakyat dengan one malaysia.Mari kita lihat formula di bawah

A. One Malaysia = Malaysian First ( jawapan : salah )
B. One Malaysia + Malaysia First ( jawapan : salah)
C. One Malaysia - Malaysia First ( jawapan : Betul )
D. One Malaysia X BN ( jawapan : Betul )

mudah sungguh menjadi kerajaan negeri jika pandai membohongi rakyat.
