"Penang DAP government is media-friendly but only to certain media and the 'friendliness' of Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng can be seen by his weekly media conference even to announce trivial matters.
However, reporters from mainstream media would be sidelined during the question-and-answer session and what are considered as tricky questions would be answered with a "which media are you from" even though he knew the reporters."
